About the Role:
Coastal Hire, a leading provider of equipment hire solutions in Botswana, is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to sales growth within key sectors such as construction, mining, infrastructure, and road building.
Key Responsibilities:
-Promote and sell equipment hire services to new and existing customers.
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
-Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
-Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
-Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
-Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, specifically within the construction, mining, infrastructure, or road building industries.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Self-motivated and goal-driven.
-Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel when required.
