Position Overview:

Peo Finance is seeking a seasoned and visionary Managing Director to lead and oversee the strategic, operational, and financial activities of its Micro-lending business. This role involves managing multiple portfolios, including Human Capital, Credit, Risk, Administration, Finance, and Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and enhancing customer retention and market share.


Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute a sustainable strategy for the Micro-lending business.

-Build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on experience and service levels.

-Drive continuous improvement and performance in customer engagement and value propositions.

-Lead and motivate a high-performing team towards achieving business and financial goals.

-Oversee risk management, compliance, talent management, and budget planning.

-Champion operational efficiencies, digital transformation, and customer-centric service delivery.

-Ensure execution of strategic initiatives across sales, credit, finance, and human capital.

-Maintain a deep understanding of the Micro-lending market and competitor landscape.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, Commerce, or a relevant field.

-Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.

-Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Micro-lending sector with a solid track record.

-Proven leadership in strategic execution, credit management, and sales/marketing.

-Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

-Excellent stakeholder engagement and networking capabilities.
