Job Overview:
Sportscene, part of The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Administration Controller to join our dynamic team in Letlhakane. This role requires a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is committed to delivering excellence in administrative functions and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the Store Manager with stock take and overall store administration.
-Monitor, analyze, and report on stock movement and performance.
-Enforce and maintain stock loss prevention and shrinkage control strategies.
-Ensure full compliance with all administrative, reporting, and system procedures.
-Organize and maintain in-store filing and documentation systems.
-Process and oversee cash and transactional activities according to standard operating procedures.
-Conduct customer transactions through the active retail system (POS).
-Maintain a safe and secure store environment.
-Deliver professional customer service by identifying needs and promoting rewards programs.
-Contribute to maintaining visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
-Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
-Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
-Stay current with the latest fashion and streetwear trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
-Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)
-A minimum of 3 years retail or administrative experience.
-Proficiency in using computers and administrative systems.

-High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
-Good verbal and written communication abilities.
-Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
