The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales targets while embodying the brand’s style and energy.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the Foschini brand with professionalism and passion.
- Deliver excellent customer service and exceed expectations.
- Drive and track sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Replenish stock and maintain merchandise displays.
- Seek new sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, dependable, and performance-driven.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- High attention to detail and initiative.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended retail hours as needed.
