Overview:
A&K Sanctuary seeks a Lodge Administrator to manage critical administrative functions at the lodge. This role ensures smooth operations and supports the management team in delivering excellent guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks such as bookings, invoicing, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Manage logistics and supply coordination
- Assist with guest requests and inquiries
- Provide support to lodge management
Requirements and Skills:
- At least 3 years’ administrative experience in hospitality or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
