Overview:
A&K Sanctuary seeks a Lodge Administrator to manage critical administrative functions at the lodge. This role ensures smooth operations and supports the management team in delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as bookings, invoicing, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Manage logistics and supply coordination
  • Assist with guest requests and inquiries
  • Provide support to lodge management

Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 3 years’ administrative experience in hospitality or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
