Overview:
Redpath Botswana, a global leader in underground mining solutions, is seeking an experienced and qualified Project Services Manager for the Jwaneng Underground Mining Development Project. This position plays a critical role in coordinating and supporting multiple project teams while ensuring effective planning, execution, and standardization across key project areas.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating across various project teams
• Lead development of project guidelines to support planning and execution
• Standardize practices in project controls, document control, and reporting
• Deliver internal project reporting on a weekly and quarterly basis
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, training, and environmental standards
• Conduct risk assessments to mitigate personnel injury and equipment damage
• Report incidents, accidents, or near misses immediately

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing underground projects
• Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or a related field
• Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency
• Valid Driver’s License and First Aid & CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of modern underground mining practices
• Proven skills in budget, cost, and resource management
