Job Overview:
Exact is looking for a vibrant and customer-oriented Fashion Consultant to join our team at Game City Mall, Gaborone. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where customer service, style, and teamwork come together.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding customer service
-Understand customer needs and provide suitable fashion solutions
-Keep track of personal and store sales performance
-Stay informed on the latest fashion and décor trends
-Replenish stock and maintain merchandising standards
-Identify opportunities to boost store sales and customer loyalty
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent
- Retail experience is beneficial but not required
Skills and Competencies:
- Passion for people and fashion
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Skilled in sales, negotiation, and customer engagement
