Independent Actuaries and Consultants Botswana is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Consultant to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will offer expert actuarial advice, lead client engagements, and drive innovative actuarial and financial solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage actuarial projects including valuations, pricing, and risk analysis
• Offer strategic advice to clients on actuarial and broader financial matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent high-quality service
• Mentor and support junior consultants in their career development
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and consulting practices

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Fellow or Associate of a recognized actuarial professional body
• At least 5 years of experience in an actuarial role, preferably in a consulting environment
