St Joseph’s College invites applications for the position of Kitchen Cook. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual with a strong passion for food preparation and the ability to manage quantity cooking in a school kitchen environment.


Position Details:

  • Job Title: Kitchen Cook (Male Preferred)
  • Employment Type: 2-Year Contract (with renewal subject to performance)
  • Work Location: On-site at St Joseph’s College, Gaborone

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Must have completed Form 5
  • Age Range: Between 35 to 45 years
  • Identification: Must possess a valid Omang
  • Experience: Prior experience in a kitchen or catering setting, particularly in bulk meal preparation
  • Certification: A Chef Certificate is advantageous but not mandatory
  • References: At least one positive reference from a previous employer or supervisor
  • Criminal Record: Must have no criminal record
  • Commitment: Willing to accept a contract role with potential for renewal
