Overview:
Panel Built is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join its team in Selebi Phikwe. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
-Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
-Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
-Prepare project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
-Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
-Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and health and safety regulations.
-Manage budgets and procurement of materials and equipment.
Requirements and Skills:
- A Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Registered with a professional engineering body.
- Proven experience in project management and technical oversight.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
