Job Purpose:
To deliver exceptional service by processing customer transactions efficiently, correctly, and within the specified procedures and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions promptly and accurately in compliance with internal procedures.
- Deliver first-time resolution for customer queries and follow up on issues referred to other departments.
- Adhere to service standards and organisational values during all customer interactions.
- Maintain awareness of risks, escalate any concerns, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously identify process improvements to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and report on operational performance and transactional activities.
- Participate in personal development planning and seek performance feedback.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, new services, and internal training opportunities.
