Role Purpose:

The Off-Site Lead Generator is responsible for generating qualified sales leads for Absa Bank products by engaging with potential customers across various off-site locations. The role involves initiating contact, gathering client documentation, supporting product applications, and nurturing relationships to ensure a successful handover to relevant sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and generate sales leads from individuals, SMEs, and corporates
  • Present bank product offerings to targeted clients, including loan schemes and account openings
  • Assist clients in completing online/offline applications and gather supporting documents
  • Submit applications through mobile platforms such as iPads or designated digital tools
  • Conduct educational presentations at institutions and organizations
  • Attend all mandatory training sessions and performance workshops
  • Uphold the Bank’s code of conduct and achieve all individual KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and engagements

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • COP certifications in both Long-term and Short-term Insurance (Compulsory)
  • Proven experience in sales is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and able to work independently

Remuneration Package:

  • Retainer plus commission-based structure
