Overview:
Master Farmer Feeds (Pty) Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to support the financial operations at its Animal Feed Mill in Pilane. The role reports directly to the Senior Accountant and focuses on efficient handling of invoicing, reporting, customer queries, and payment processing.
Position Purpose:
To support the finance team by executing daily accounting tasks including sales invoicing, reporting, and processing customer payments while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and process daily sales invoices.
-Respond to customer quotation requests.
-Compile and submit daily sales reports.
-Dispatch weekly and monthly statements to customers.
-Address and resolve customer account queries.
-Generate and manage sales orders.
-Capture and process customer payments using SYSPRO.
-Carry out any additional finance-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
–Minimum AAT Level 4 or Diploma in Accounting.
-Registered or willing to register with BICA.
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
-Strong computer literacy and numeracy skills.
-Financial integrity and strong attention to detail.
-Excellent multitasking, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
