Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Administrative Clerk. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting both office operations and field functions. This position offers opportunities for role expansion based on performance.
Responsibilities:
-Manage front desk/reception duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors.
-Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
-Assist with submissions and follow-ups at institutions such as BURS, CIPA, local banks, immigration, and labour departments.
-Carry out basic computer-related work, including use of MS Office, email communication, and spreadsheets.
-Support general administrative tasks as required.
-Adapt to evolving duties with the potential for role expansion based on performance.
Requirements:
-Must be a Motswana (preferred).
-Aged between 21–35 years.
-Possession of a valid Driver’s License (essential).
-Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, emails).
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
-Must be ready to obtain a Police Clearance Report from the Botswana Police Service.
-Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and ability to work independently.
