Overview:
A&K Sanctuary is looking for an experienced Lodge Manager to lead the seamless daily operations of one of its premier lodges. The ideal candidate will ensure superior guest experiences and drive a culture of excellence in one of Botswana’s top wildlife destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee guest services, activities, and food and beverage operations
• Uphold the highest service standards
• Lead and inspire a diverse team
• Manage lodge budgets and cost control
• Maintain stakeholder relationships
• Promote conservation and sustainability

Requirements and Skills:

• At least 5 years’ experience in lodge management, preferably in a safari setting
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Passion for wildlife and conservation
