Overview:

Alcazar Tec (Pty) Ltd, a 100% citizen-owned ICT and Electronics Solutions company in Botswana, is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join their team as a Business Administrator Trainee. This opportunity offers hands-on, on-the-job training in various domains of business administration including finance, e-marketing, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in the development and implementation of e-marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive sales.

-Support risk management efforts by identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.

-Help manage customer relationships to promote satisfaction and operational efficiency.

-Assist with financial management tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

-Learn and apply key principles of effective team management under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Requirements and Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

-Strong academic or practical background in e-marketing, finance, or risk management.

-Experience in a call center environment is an added advantage.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proactive attitude with strong initiative.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Basic knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems is beneficial.

-Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
