Application Instructions

Applicants must quote the vacancy circular number and submit the following:

• Full name, address, and date of birth.
• Certified copies of educational qualifications and Identity Card (Omang).
• Brief CV with a summary of relevant duties and skills.

Submission Method:

• Applications must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the position title and vacancy circular number on the top left corner.
• Hand-deliver to the secure application box at the Records Management Unit office, and ensure to record your application in the RMU register.
• Applications arriving after the deadline (30 May 2025 at 16:30 hrs) will not be considered.
• Applications will be opened on 2 June 2025 at 09:00 hrs.
