Overview

China Railway Seventh Group is hiring Assistant Chinese Chefs to support the preparation of authentic Chinese cuisine for site personnel. Ideal candidates should be familiar with traditional Chinese cooking methods.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist in meal preparation, cooking, and plating

-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

-Follow instructions from the Head Chef

-Monitor food stock and report shortages

-Ensure compliance with food safety standards

Requirements and Skills

-Basic culinary training or kitchen experience

-Experience in preparing Chinese dishes is preferred

-Good hygiene practices

-Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

-Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
