Position: Assistant Human Resource Officer (Reforms) – C3 (x1 Position)
Location: Ngwato Land Board – Main Land Board
Closing Date: 25 April 2025


Overview:

The Assistant Human Resource Officer will be responsible for coordinating and implementing performance management reforms and other HR initiatives. The role supports improved organizational performance through staff development, fair evaluations, and adherence to HR policies.


Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and provide support for performance management activities.

-Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), targets, and evaluation tools.

-Assist in tracking and analyzing performance results.

-Collaborate with the HR team to identify staff training needs.

-Participate in employee development planning.

-Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and performance standards.

-Assist in compiling HR performance reports.

-Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.


    Requirements & Skills:

    • Qualifications: Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. A degree in Strategic Management will be an added advantage.
    • Experience: No prior experience required.
    • Skills:
      • Strong knowledge of performance management systems
      • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
      • Good interpersonal and communication abilities
      • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
