Overview:

FNB Botswana is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team in Gaborone. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality service and innovative financial solutions in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver a positive customer experience by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate banking solutions

-Promote digital and self-service banking options to clients

-Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team’s success

-Maximize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across banking products

-Maintain knowledge of FNB-approved products and services, including application and fulfilment procedures

-Assist in signing up unbanked customers and supporting financial inclusion

-Complete accurate and timely updates on administrative tasks, reports, and customer records

-Uphold compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory standards

-Identify and escalate risks or process issues for resolution

-Contribute to operational efficiency by adhering to quality and turnaround standards


Requirements and Skills:

Minimum Qualification: Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Basic understanding of customer service principles

-Willingness to learn and adopt digital banking tools

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work

Note: No previous work experience is required. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided.
