Programmes Offered & Entry Requirements
1. Post Graduate Diploma in Technical & Vocational Education
Duration: 12 months (Self-sponsored)
- Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical/Vocational field or equivalent.
2. Certificate in Technical & Vocational Education
Duration: 12 months (Self-sponsored)
- Requirement: NCC, Diploma, or Higher National Diploma in a relevant field.
3. Diploma in Accountancy and Business Studies
Duration: 12 months
- Requirement: CABS or equivalent.
4. National Diploma in Secretarial Studies
Duration: 12 months
- Requirement: NCSS or equivalent.
5. Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies
Duration: 12 months
- Requirement: NDSS or equivalent.
6. Diploma in Hospitality Management
Duration: 24 months
- Requirement: NCC in Hotel & Catering, Level 5 Certificate in Hospitality, or BGCSE with Hospitality & Tourism Studies.
- Work experience is an added advantage.
7. Diploma in Culinary Arts
Duration: 24 months
- Requirement: NCC in Chef or BGCSE with Food and Nutrition, Hospitality & Tourism Studies or equivalent.
- Level 5 culinary certificates or international culinary qualifications are an added advantage.
8. Diploma in Travel Management (24 Months)
- Requirement: Certificate in Travel & Tourism or equivalent Level 5 qualification or BGCSE with a pass in Hospitality & Tourism Studies.
9. Diploma in Travel Management (36 Months)
- Requirement: Foundation in Hospitality & Tourism or BGCSE with a pass in Geography, History, or a business-related subject.
10. Diploma in Systems Administration
Duration: 36 months
- Requirement: ICT Certificate and BGCSE with 35 points, including a credit in Computer Studies and English.
- OVC/SEN with 31 points, credit in Computer Studies and pass in English are eligible.
11. Diploma in Computer Networking
Duration: 36 months
- Requirement: Same as Systems Administration.
12. Certificate in Applied Laboratory Science
Duration: 15 months
- Requirement: BGCSE with pass in English and Maths, and CC or better in Science Double Award or D or better in any two pure sciences.
13. Certificate in Clothing Design and Textile
Duration: 15 months
- Requirement: BTEP Foundation in Clothing Design or Trade Test C in Dressmaking or related.
- BGCSE with a pass in Fashion and Fabrics, Art & Design, or similar fields.
14. Certificate in Sport, Recreation and Leisure
Duration: 15 months
- Requirement: Foundation in Sport or equivalent, participation in sport, and BGCSE with D or better in Maths and Science subjects.
15. Certificate in Beauty Therapy
Duration: 15 months
- Requirement: Foundation in Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy or BGCSE with D or better in Science and English.
- Work experience is an added advantage.
16. Certificate in Hairdressing
Duration: 15 months
- Requirement: Foundation in Hairdressing or BGCSE with E or better in Science and English.
- Work experience is an added advantage.
How to Apply
Applicants must:
- Complete the official application form.
- Attach certified copies of educational certificates, transcripts, Omang (for citizens), or passport biodata page (for non-citizens).
- Submit at least one reference letter and a statement of achievements.
- Provide a stamped reference confirming 9 months’ work or attachment experience.
- Special groups (OVC, RAC, SEN) must submit confirmation of status from relevant authorities.
Note:
- Faxed applications will not be accepted.
- Preference is given to applicants who completed BGCSE in the last two years and have not received prior government sponsorship.
- Self-sponsored citizens must provide proof of payment.
- Non-citizens must have valid study permits and full proof of payment.
- Non-Botswana qualifications must be validated by the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA).

- Residence: P980.25

Off-Campus (Certificate and Diploma):
- Tuition: P6,393.00
