Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Measurement Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing, budgeting, valuations, and contract administration for ongoing civil and water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and engineer’s estimates
• Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and progress claims
• Evaluate contractor claims and variations
• Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractor services
• Prepare and update cash flow forecasts and cost tracking reports
• Conduct accurate site measurements and coordinate valuation processes
• Ensure contract compliance and adherence to pricing models and procurement standards

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in civil and infrastructure projects
• Registered with ERB or QSRB (Quantity Surveyors Registration Council)
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and public procurement procedures
• Strong commercial insight, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills
