Overview
Jet Home, part of The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead our team at the Airport Junction branch in Gaborone. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail and customer service, have strong leadership capabilities, and be committed to driving store performance and team development. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to step into a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with great growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
-Drive turnover and meet sales targets to ensure business objectives are achieved
-Control store expenses in alignment with company standards
-Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within acceptable limits
-Oversee people management functions, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and employee relations
-Implement and maintain in-store merchandising strategies and standards
-Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and store presentation
-Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional results
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role

-Proven ability to build customer loyalty and deliver value-driven service
-Strong negotiation and selling skills
-Effective planning, organizing, and execution abilities
-Knowledge of the sales process and digital communication with customers
