Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support project operations through the preparation, negotiation, and administration of commercial contracts. This role ensures that contractual compliance and project goals are met effectively within a mining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Administer and oversee the lifecycle of contracts for construction, services, and supply agreements.
-Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial terms to ensure clarity and enforceability.
-Monitor contract performance, obligations, and deliverables.
-Identify risks, variations, and amendments, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
-Support project managers and site leadership with contract-related reporting and decision-making.
-Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to maintain alignment.
Requirements and Skills:
-Degree in Law, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts administration in the mining, construction, or engineering sectors.
-Familiarity with contract management software and systems.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple contracts under pressure.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PRONTO systems is an advantage.
-Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
