Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. is hiring a dedicated Paste Plant Operator to assist in the safe operation and monitoring of the pastefill and batch plant systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring pastefill quality, flow consistency, and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate paste plant in line with safety and operational procedures.
-Monitor equipment and paste consistency using control panels and instrumentation.
-Respond to faults or alarms and conduct minor troubleshooting.
-Assist in flushing and dewatering of paste lines.
-Collaborate with the construction team to meet project demands.
-Follow inspection and housekeeping standards.
Requirements and Skills:
-Minimum 3 years’ experience operating pastefill systems in underground mining.
-Strong understanding of mixing systems, instrumentation, and plant controls.
-Ability to diagnose minor issues and perform first-line maintenance.
-Effective communication and teamwork skills.
-Willingness to work in underground and remote conditions.
-Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
