Position Overview
We are seeking Underground General Assistants to join our growing underground mining team. This role is vital in supporting various underground mining operations through manual labour and assisting with core daily functions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Carry out general labour tasks as assigned by supervisors
-Assist with underground material handling, cleaning, and basic maintenance
-Adhere to all safety procedures and operational instructions
-Support operational teams in maintaining a clean and safe underground environment
Candidate Requirements:
-Must be physically fit and capable of working in underground mining conditions
-Demonstrated willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively within a team
-Prior experience in underground mining is an added advantage, but not mandatory
-Strong commitment to safety and compliance
