Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee the full recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits programs
• Lead disciplinary actions, handle grievances, and conduct workplace investigations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
• Support employee training, development, and talent management initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources managerial role
• Proven proficiency in payroll processing and performance management systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, build trust, and drive results
