Overview:
Panel Built is looking for an experienced and strategic Finance & Admin Manager to lead its financial planning and administrative functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial compliance, efficient administrative processes, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

-Manage all aspects of financial reporting and compliance.

-Provide leadership and direction to the finance and administration teams.

-Develop and implement internal controls and financial procedures.

-Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

-Support senior management in strategic decision-making with financial insights.

-Supervise procurement, HR administration, and general office management.

Requirements and Skills:

  • A Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related management field.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management and administration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
  • High integrity and attention to detail.
