Naledi Motors is seeking a self-motivated and ambitious Passenger Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Gaborone. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
-Drive vehicle sales and meet monthly targets.
-Engage in customer liaison and build lasting client relationships.
-Promote the brand through presentations and client interactions.
-Participate in promotional events and develop marketing strategies.
-Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
-Handle dealership administrative duties.
-Work closely with team members for sales coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
-Minimum Cambridge O-Level certificate with Maths and English.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar sales role.
-Proven sales track record.
-Experience with premium brands is an added advantage.
-Professional, personable, and presentable demeanor.
-Valid clean driving license.
