Overview:
PEP Stores is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Assistants (Casual) to join their team in Moshupa. As part of the PEP family, you will work in a fun, fast-paced retail environment, delivering world-class customer service and supporting store operations with enthusiasm and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase sales by offering excellent customer service and upholding world-class store standards
- Assist in stock presentation, promotion, and proper pricing of products
- Manage stock by displaying merchandise according to company standards
- Minimise stock loss by maintaining store security, correct procedures, and a healthy store culture
- Handle cash at the register, following company policy and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised store environment
- Drive a low-cost business model by applying store efficiencies
- Be an active part of a high-performing and collaborative store team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education: Form 5
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment will be an advantage
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are required
