Overview:
The Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Fund is seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Receptionist. Preference will be given to people with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, including receiving visitors and operating the switchboard to ensure effective communication and uphold the Fund’s professional image.
Responsibilities:
-Receive and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
-Operate the switchboard, receiving and directing calls accordingly.
-Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
-Provide general administrative support as required.
-Represent the Fund positively by maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements and Skills:
-A Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Customer Relations, or a related field.
-0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, with proven skills in operating a switchboard.
-Presentable appearance and highly professional conduct.
