Job Overview:
@home livingspace is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Airport Junction store in Gaborone. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a brand ambassador and deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored décor and lifestyle solutions
- Track personal and team sales performance against targets
- Stay informed on the latest trends in homeware and design
- Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are appealing, and the store is always ready for trading
- Seek new opportunities to drive sales and promote products
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent
- Previous experience in homeware, lifestyle, or retail sales is advantageous
Skills and Competencies:
- Passionate about people, home design, and décor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales driven with excellent customer service delivery
- High attention to detail and initiative
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and independently
