Position: Fuel Attendant

Location: Shell Village, Opposite Jacks Gym Complex, Village, Gaborone

Overview

Shell Village is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Fuel Attendants to join our service team. If you enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent service, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by refueling vehicles accurately and safely.
• Provide friendly and professional service.
• Perform basic checks (oil, water, tire pressure) when requested.
• Maintain cleanliness of forecourt and pumps.
• Handle customer queries and assist with directions or general information.

Requirements

• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage but not required.
