Main Purpose of the Role:
As a Team Member, your core responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer experiences while supporting efficient restaurant operations. You will be involved in food preparation, service, cleanliness, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
-Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently
-Ensure each customer has a positive dining experience
-Resolve customer queries or complaints professionally
Food Preparation:
-Prepare food according to KFC’s recipes and standards
-Maintain hygiene and food safety practices at all times
Team Collaboration:
-Work closely with colleagues to meet daily goals
-Support the team during peak business hours
Store Maintenance:
-Keep all workstations clean and organized
-Participate in daily cleaning and sanitation routines
Problem Solving:
-Address customer inquiries and operational challenges
-Communicate effectively with supervisors for support
Minimum Requirements:
–Education: Junior Certificate (JC)
–Experience: No prior experience required – training will be provided
Skills & Attributes:
-Physical stamina for long shifts on your feet
-Basic math skills for handling transactions
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-A team player mindset and willingness to learn
-Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
