1. Sales Associate (45hr)
Location: Foschini – Airport Junction, Gaborone
Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-centric individual to join Foschini as a Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and have a strong passion for fashion and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Ensure accurate processing of transactions
- Assist with stock replenishment and housekeeping
Requirements:
- BGCSE or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of retail experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends
2. Stockroom Controller (45hr)
Location: @home – Airport Junction, Gaborone
Overview:
@home is seeking a Stockroom Controller who is detail-oriented and efficient. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate stock management and smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and record new stock deliveries
- Maintain an organised and secure stockroom
- Conduct regular stock takes and assist with stock loss prevention
- Support the sales floor with timely replenishments
- Adhere to all stock handling procedures
Requirements:
- BGCSE or equivalent qualification
- Previous stockroom or inventory control experience preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
3. Administration Controller (45hr)
Location: Sportscene – Letlhakane
Overview:
Sportscene is hiring an Administration Controller to manage store operations, financial controls, and administrative duties. This role requires accuracy, integrity, and strong analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee store administration including cash ups, banking, and daily reports
- Manage stock take processes and documentation
- Monitor and manage petty cash and expense claims
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support store management in operational efficiency
Requirements:
- BGCSE or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of administrative or retail operations experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
4. Store Manager (45hr)
Location: Totalsports – Botswana (Store location to be confirmed)
Overview:
Totalsports seeks a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead its team. This role is suited for someone with strong leadership, merchandising skills, and a passion for customer engagement and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage store staff to deliver outstanding performance
- Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising and staff development
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and manage staff schedules
Requirements:
- BGCSE or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent numerical and administrative abilities
- Passion for sportswear and customer satisfaction
