Overview:
Tswana Bus Builders is seeking a skilled Coach Builder / Artisan with 7–10 years of experience in the bus building industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the construction and installation of interior bus components and be capable of working with a variety of materials and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture aluminium bus window sliders
- Fit glass, bonding and installing windscreens
- Work with Altro flooring and various interior panel types (glazing, passenger seats, etc.)
- Fabricate and install parcel shelves, interior lining, and carpeting
- Adhere to safety and quality standards throughout production processes
Requirements & Skills:
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the bus building industry
- Strong technical knowledge of interior bus systems and materials
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Team player with good communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, apply, and finish paint surfaces for buses and coaches
- Select and mix appropriate paint components for desired finishes
- Maintain proper viscosity, curing, and surface standards
- Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness during painting tasks
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of spray painting experience in a bus or coach manufacturing setting
