Overview

Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent service in the banking industry. This role involves welcoming clients, managing branch flow, and assisting with ATM and remote transactions.

Responsibilities

-Welcome clients and manage branch queue efficiently

-Provide excellent client service

-Assist clients with ATM transactions and other self-service channels

-Develop knowledge and skills necessary for service consulting

Requirements

Experience

Minimum: No prior experience required, but must possess a Grade 12 National Certificate

Ideal: Some experience in client service within a retail, financial, or banking environment

Qualifications

Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Ideal or Preferred: Understanding of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products and processes

Knowledge

Minimum:

-Basic calculation skills

-Ability to engage with people

-Clarity and understanding of personal aspirations, ambition, and eagerness to learn

Ideal:

-Knowledge of bank branch operations

-Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and internal business processes

Skills

-Communication Skills

-Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)

-Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills

Conditions of Employment

-Fingerprints must be detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
