Purpose Statement:
Capitec Bank is seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in the banking industry. As a Better Champion, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing branch flow through efficient queue operations, and assisting clients with ATM transactions and other self-service channels. This role also offers the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge, skills, and experience for future service consulting positions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist clients, ensuring smooth branch operations and queue management.
-Provide excellent client service by helping customers complete transactions on ATMs and other self-service platforms.
-Gain knowledge and experience required for service consulting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational qualification.
- Preferred: Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum:
- Basic calculation skills.
- Ability to engage with people effectively.
- Clear understanding of your own career aspirations, with a strong desire to learn.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with banking environments and Capitec Bank’s products and processes.
Technical Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
