Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and manage branch flow by ensuring efficient queue functioning.
- Provide exemplary client service and assist with transactions at ATMs and other self-service channels.
- Develop knowledge, skills, and experience necessary for service consulting.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate (No prior experience required)
- Ideal: Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Ideal: Relevant qualifications in banking or related field
Knowledge:
- Minimum: Proficiency in basic calculations and interpersonal skills
- Ideal: Understanding of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
