Capitec Bank is currently looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bank Better Champions. As a Bank Better Champion, your responsibilities will include greeting customers, managing branch traffic, and providing great customer service via self-service or remote channels. This is an amazing opportunity for persons who enjoy providing good customer service and are interested in working in the banking business. Because no prior experience is required, candidates with a Grade 12 diploma would be competent for the post.
Responsibilities:
-Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the branch will contribute to the establishment of a friendly atmosphere.
-Assist consumers in using and comprehending various self-service options, such as ATMs and online banking systems.
-Assist customers with remote or self-service transactions to guarantee a smooth transaction.
-Maintain a well-organized and efficient queue system to guarantee that customers are served swiftly and efficiently.
-Assist customers with basic banking questions such as account balances, transaction histories, and product information.
-Look for chances to educate consumers about the features and benefits of Capitec Bank’s products and services.
-Collaborate with the branch team to achieve branch objectives and ensure overall client satisfaction.
-Remain current on Capitec Bank’s policies, practices, and products so that you can provide correct information to clients.
Requirements:
-A minimum grade point average of 12.
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
-A customer-centric approach and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
-The capacity to juggle multiple tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to act swiftly.
-The ability to perform assignments accurately and be detail-oriented.
-A fundamental understanding of computers and prior experience with self-service banking choices.
-The opportunity to work flexibly, including weekends and after-hours banking.
