– Improving the customer experience by constantly going above and beyond what they say they need in important areas like Insurance, Savings, Transactions, Credit, and Credit
– Carefully and quickly gathering client information to speed up loan approvals and handling deposit and inquiry deals
– A dedication to always improving your skills, knowledge, and abilities so that you can expertly promote our full range of Global One products while putting the needs of the client first.
– Building and presenting a professional image that fits with Capitec Bank’s brand identity and making sure that you uphold the bank’s beliefs and principles in all interactions with clients
