Key Responsibilities
Carpenter (Permanent)
-Perform carpentry work for construction and property development projects
-Interpret drawings and specifications accurately
-Measure, cut, assemble, and install wooden structures and fittings
-Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
Architectural Technician (Intern)
-Assist with architectural drawings and technical documentation
-Support project planning and site coordination
-Update designs and layouts as required
-Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams
Minimum Requirements
Carpenter
-Proven carpentry experience
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Architectural Technician (Intern)
-Qualification or currently studying in Architectural Technology or related field
-Basic knowledge of architectural drawings and design software
-Willingness to learn and grow within a professional environment
