Cell Qty is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Consultants to join our team in Francistown. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting set KPIs. Key Responsibilities
–Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various mobile phone brands and models, especially Samsung, Apple, Huawei, Xiaomi, Tecno, Itel, Hisense, and Cubot.
–Technical Skills: Proficiently use and showcase the functionality of cellphones, tablets, laptops, and related accessories.
–Sales Targets: Achieve a minimum of 85% of the monthly sales target based on KPIs.
–Upselling: Actively upsell accessories, airtime, and mobile operator SIM card starter packs with each mobile phone or tablet sale.
–Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with walk-in clients and corporate customers, ensuring repeat sales.
–Administration: Handle basic store administration tasks and assist with periodic stock counts.
Position Requirements
–Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience selling mobile phones and related accessories, particularly within Botswana’s mobile phone sector.
–Qualifications: A diploma in a sales-related field is an added advantage.
–Skills: Strong communication and sales skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for mobile technology.
–Sales Targets: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
