Area of Specialization:
We are looking for a Clerk Data Control to coordinate and manage Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance (PM) master data, while providing vital administrative support to the department.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3
    • Language at NQF4 level with 120 credits
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Maintenance or Coal logistics

Knowledge:

-Understanding of maintenance processes

-Proficiency in SAP PM

-Basic database management and related applications

-Focus on exceeding client expectations

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate master data integrity and control changes.

– Provide SAP PM support and training.

– Assist with stock optimization.

– Ensure accurate updates to material bills.

– Maintain and update maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

– Perform general administrative duties.
