Why people do jobs:
The goal is to provide excellent service by making sure that transactions go smoothly at the point of sale (POS), by providing helpful customer service, and by arranging goods in a way that makes shoppers enjoy the experience more.
Purpose of the Job:
-to finish all POS jobs quickly and correctly.
– It is very important to be exact when scanning items, taking payments, and processing clubcard benefits.
– to keep an eye out for possible threats in order to keep the money safe.
-It is very important to actively spread the Clicks Clubcard and sign-up new members if the program’s participation goals are to be met. These goals have been set to make sure that the Clubcard scheme works.
-It is important to let your customers know about sales if you want to keep them as loyal as possible.
Experience is the bare minimum.
-Working with customers in a retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) shop is preferred.
Education:
-Must have grade 12
– Half of the grade 12 work should be in math and half should be in English.
– You need to be able to communicate well and work well with others.
– Every worker needs to be able to handle stress and finish the job.
