Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a Receptionist to join our team in the FMCG & Supply Management industry. As a vital point of contact, you’ll be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations and optimizing operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming calls, mails, and faxes while addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Uphold customer service standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor agent performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Capture and process customer queries accurately and efficiently using designated systems.
- Maintain adherence to schedule and quality standards to enhance overall service effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- Minimum 1-year switchboard operation experience.
