We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant Cashier to join our team in Mpumalanga & Gauteng. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient point of sale operations, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Job Description

Job Objectives:

• Execute all point-of-sale operations efficiently and accurately within specified timelines.
• Ensure precise merchandise scanning and secure handling of cash transactions, including managing clubcard rewards.
• Promote Clicks’ clubcard actively, aiming to enroll new members and meet participation targets.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions to boost sales and uphold our commitment to affordability and customer satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding customer service, representing our brand with professionalism and friendliness.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and overall housekeeping duties according to set guidelines.
• Support our company’s vision as the preferred health and beauty retailer by embodying our core values.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
