Responsibilities:
-Efficiently perform all point of sale operational activities.
-Ensure accuracy in scanning merchandise and handling payments.
-Safely manage cash transactions at all times.
-Actively promote the Clicks’ clubcard and enroll new members.
-Inform customers about promotions to enhance sales.
-Provide superior customer service as a brand ambassador.
-Execute and maintain merchandising and general housekeeping duties per store standards.
-Stay informed about products, ranges, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.
Requirements:
Knowledge:
-Basic mathematical skills.
-Background in retail/FMCG with an understanding of merchandising and promotions.
-Familiarity with stock management procedures.
