Overview:
The Department is looking for experienced Close Protection Officers to provide essential protection services to officials at risk. The ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience in security management.
Responsibilities:
-Provide close protection services to officials exposed to life-threatening risks.
-Ensure secure transportation services for key officials.
-Implement prevention and physical protection measures.
Requirements:
-NQF Level 6 qualification in Security Management.
-Registration with PSIRA.
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in close protection/security management.
-Knowledge of traffic laws, GPS applications, and risk assessment.
-Skills: Interpersonal skills, creative thinking, communication (verbal and written), problem analysis, and teamwork.
