Duties and Responsibilities:

Keeping track of stock:

Use the right ways to keep track of stock in the store and in back-up places.
Follow the store’s work plan to keep track of returns, cut them down, and write them down.
Quickly report situations where you’re out of stock.
Place things correctly and on time.
Make sure the product displays are clean and neat.

Shelve Control:

Put items on shelves in a way that follows the store’s flow and basic rules of stocking.
Take good care of the fridge.
Hold up the shown shelf sets according to the plans given.
Make sure that the point-of-sale materials and product labels are correct.

Business Relationships

Build and keep good relationships with customers, fellow merchandisers, shop management, area managers (AM), and head office (HO).
